Isaiah 45:18 "For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else."
According to God, the earth was formed for the purpose of being inhabited. Otherwise the creation of the earth would be in vain. Why not apply this principle to other planets? If Mars isn't inhabited, then God must have created it in vain??
Fermi's paradox - there are so many potential places for life to exist in the universe, yet we can't find any traces of evidence that ANY OF THESE OTHER PLANETS ARE INHABITED. Are 99.99999% of God's creation in vain? Or is God waiting for us to be exalted so we can get our own planet? Oh wait, that doctrine isn't on the menu anymore...
If 99.99999% of the universe is failing to serve it's purpose, it just might be that there was never a purpose in the first place and we all just got lucky.Â
We might as well start with scientific truth and build our own purpose from that point forward, rather that establishing a religious purpose upon a mountain of lies and delusions. A wise man once said that we should build our house upon a rock, not upon sand...Little did he know he was creating the sand that would obscure the truth for generations.
