D&C 19
6 Nevertheless, it is not written that there shall be no end to this torment, but it is written endless torment.
Translation: "Ackchyually, it's not 'no end' its 'endless' - this is key, because I don't actually mean 'no end', I mean something completely different."
*Even though God is apparently too stupid to realize that it actually IS written as "no end" at least 3 times in just the BOM.
7 Again, it is written eternal damnation; wherefore it is more express than other scriptures, that it might work upon the hearts of the children of men, altogether for my name’s glory.
Translation: "I intentionally said 'endless' and 'eternal' in order to be more stimulating and manipulate people into a greater degree of fear and urgency."
10 For, behold, the mystery of godliness, how great is it! For, behold, I am endless, and the punishment which is given from my hand is endless punishment, for Endless is my name. Wherefore—
Translation: "Lol, haha see, when I said 'endless' I didn't actually mean 'endless'. I actually just meant my name! ROTFL"
11 Eternal punishment is God’s punishment.
12 Endless punishment is God’s punishment.
Translation: "See, look at these tautologies. When I used 'eternal'/'endless', what I actually meant was 'God'. Interpreting it as eternal/endless would be false, as God is the correct interpretation."
To lie is to intentionally utter a false statement. "Eternal punishment" was a false statement intentionally uttered by God in order to accomplish his intentions in manipulating people into repenting more. To lie is to speak in such a way as to mislead and deceive someone. The God of D&C 19 is a liar.
